Moss and Stone Gardens home base is in Raleigh, NC and dedicated to the promotion and cultivation of moss as a beneficial and appreciated component in the landscape. We create unique gardens and planted containers that utilize moss as the dominant element. We advocate the benefits and possibilities of mosses through our educational outreach workshops and lectures, not to mention our award winning blog, website and Facebook page.
Started in 2002, Moss and Stone Gardens has grown to become the leading moss innovators in the country. Exploring the different applications and techniques that allow mosses to be grown and appreciated everywhere.
In 2011 Moss and Stone Gardens launched their first innovation in container moss gardening, Moss Rocks!™. A pre-planted decorative ceramic container with living moss. Since then we have sold Moss Rocks!™ through garden centers and boutique stores all across america and through our online store.
