Moss slurry and adhesive sized for enclosed builds. For hardscape, backgrounds and the corners a sheet will not reach — the terrarium calculator includes both in its build totals.

TerraMoss and Moss Tac for Terrariums
Inside a terrarium or vivarium the awkward surfaces are the interesting ones: driftwood, backgrounds, rock faces and tight corners where a sheet of moss will not sit. TerraMoss is a live moss slurry you paint or dab onto those surfaces so moss establishes where you actually want it — and inside glass, humidity does most of the establishment work for you.
Fixing moss in place
Moss Tac Mini holds live moss to vertical hardscape while it anchors. In a sealed build the adhesive only needs to hold through the first stretch. After planting: mist, do not soak — condensation cycling on the glass is the sign the moisture is right.
For moss to place by the piece, see terrarium moss; for pots and ball wraps, the bonsai & kokedama guide.

TerraMoss & Tac: Frequently Asked Questions
Slurry or cut moss?
Cut moss for instant looks; slurry for grown-in coverage on backgrounds, hardscape and crevices. Most builds use both.
How much water inside glass?
Far less than people expect — mist lightly and let the condensation cycle tell you the balance is right.
