The Moss Tac Mini is a small version of our original Moss Tac Pro adhesive that was developed for large-scale outdoor applications. This version is tailored for use in terrariums, vivariums, bonsai displays, and other compact indoor ecosystems. This natural ‘glue’ is made from the seeds of Plantago insularis (desert plantain) and is non-toxic, biodegradable, and safe to use with reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, and delicate plant systems.

The Mini can be used to secure 3 square feet of live moss onto any surface area. You only need to moisten the area so the powder absorbs the moisture and forms a natural, biodegradable adhesive that will keep the moss in place and allow it to attach its rhizoids to any surface.

Instructions for Use

Use clean, filtered water to dampen the area with surface area with a spray bottle or light misting.
Evenly sprinkle the Moss Tac Mini powder onto the damp substrate.
Allow the powder to absorb the moisture for 2–5 minutes so it becomes tacky.
Press moss gently into place with your fingers, tweezers, or a soft tool to ensure that it is well connected with the surface.
Keep the moss moist for a couple of weeks until it is well established.
